Gulaš sa dagnjama i mini pomfritom

600 gr mussels

200 ml olive oil

1 kg McCain patatas bravas

300 gr onion

150 gr peeled tomato

10 gr chopped garlic

10 gr chopped parsley

1/2 L white wine

5 gr paprika

Priprema

1. Open the mussels in 1/2 L of white wine and 1/2 L of water.

2. Strain the liquid and set it aside.

3. Sauté the Patatas Bravas McCain in Olivia oil along with the onion and chopped garlic.

4. Add the pulp of the crushed tomato, paprika and chopped garlic.

5. Add the cooking liquid of the mussels to taste.

6. Serve the McCain Patatas Bravas on a deep plate with the mussels on top.
